Your Power Bill is now available on Email

As part of FortisTCI’s ongoing commitment to improve customer service we have introduced an even more efficient and environmentally friendlier way to receive your power bill each month.

Instead of receiving your bill by hand delivery to your home or business, you now have the option to receive it by email. Alternatively, if you haven't already registered for E-Billing or do not wish to receive your bill by email then you will be able to collect your bill directly from the FortisTCI offices in Providenciales, North Caicos and Middle Caicos. AEP customers can also collect their bills at the AEP office.

If you haven’t already signed up for electronic billing then you can register your details by using the online registration form below, or drop into FortisTCI's Customer Service Centre at #1030 Leeward Highway, Providenciales, to complete a registration form.

Note: Please ensure that you respond to the confirmation email which you will receive upon registering for ebilling. This is necessary to complete the registration process. If you do not receive the email in your mail box, please check your junk mail as your server may have blocked it.
