FortisTCI Limited (FTCI), formerly “PPC Limited” and Atlantic Equipment & Power Limited (AEP) are wholly owned subsidiaries of Fortis Inc., the largest investor-owned distribution utility in Canada. Both companies were acquired in 2006 by Fortis Inc. In 2012, Turks and Caicos Utilities Limited (TCU) was purchased by FortisTCI. Together, FTCI, AEP and TCU (the “Company”) serve more than 12,000 customers or approximately 98% of electricity consumers in the TCI.
