How to Pay

FortisTCI and TCU customers can pay their bills online using their Visa and MasterCard debit or credit cards, or in-person at our authorized third party payment locations, where cash or cheques are accepted.

Online Payments

If you bank with FirstCaribbean, ScotiaBank, or RBC, you can pay their bills online using the banks’ online bill payment option. You must first register through your bank and payments are posted within 1-2 business days*. Please contact your banking representative for more details.

*A processing period of 1-2 business days is required for all payments made using your financial institution’s bill pay option. Customers must account for this processing time to avoid late penalties.

Online payments are also accepted through the My Online Account web portal. When paying your bill using My Online Account, be sure to use the correct 5-digit account number located in the upper right hand corner of your bill (see understanding your bill).

Self-service Payments
Providenciales – Pay with cash, cheque, debit or credit card at the bill payment kiosk located at Sunny Foods, Blue Hills Roundabout and Sunny Foods, Five Cays.

In-person Payments at Authorized Locations

Pay with cash or cheque at these authorized third party payment locations:

  • Providenciales – Any Graceway Supermarket, NCS Financial Services Group: Downtown, the Bight and Grace Bay locations.
  • South Caicos – Seaview Market, Stubbs Road.
  • Grand Turk –  Graceway Supermarket and NCS Financial Services Group, Cees Building, Church Folly Road.
  • North Caicos – NCS Financial Services Group, Dard’s Grocery, Bottle Creek.
