In July 2007, the Customer Care metering department implemented a new metering system called AMR (Automated meter reading). Some advantages of AMR include:

  • Elimination of the need to enter customer's premises to read a meter.
  • Easy to read allowing customers to track their consumption.

*To determine your current consumption, take the current meter reading from your last bill and subtract that number from the reading on your meter.
