Provo Power Company (PPC) Ltd. Hosts Annual Customer Appreciation Day 09Feb 2009

Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands, February 2, 2009 - PPC Ltd hosted its annual Customer Appreciation Day, to thank customers for their support and understanding throughout 2008.

 The event, which was held at PPC's Customer Service Centre at the Town Center Mall attracted droves of customers who dropped by to receive complimentary food, refreshments and branded gifts between 11am-3pm.

 Allan Robinson, Vice President of Customer and Corporate Service said, "Customer Appreciation Day has become an annual event on our calendar as we want to always show our appreciation and say 'thank you' to our customers. Our customers are very important to us and we continue to strive to provide them with world-class service every time. It is our mission to not only provide the highest level of customer satisfaction but to listen to our customers and understand their needs and expectations.  This year was extra special, as we wanted to say thank you for the support and understanding shown during 2008, which was a tough year for everyone. We were thrilled with the attendance during our Customer Appreciation Day and I was pleased to witness many of our customers enjoying the event".

 In 2009, PPC will continue to roll out new customer service initiatives that will not only improve the level of customer service but also enhance the overall customer experience provided by the company.

 PPC's new informative website contains general information which allows customers to quickly access residential and commercial information. In the coming months there will be a customer self service component which will allow customers to view both past and current bills as well as have the ability to download application forms for new service.  During this phase, the company will also launch its electronic bill distribution process where bills can be sent out via email to those customers who prefer this method.

PPC will also be launching it Demand Side Management program, which focuses on customer education and assisting customers with reducing their energy consumption.
