Dear Valued Customer,
Fuel factor rates moved upward during the month of May, increasing by up to 10% across some service territories.
Here’s what you will notice on April's power bill:
- Providenciales, North Caicos and Middle Caicos: A 10% increase to $0.1707 per kilowatt hour (kWh).

Grand Turk and Salt Cay: A 3% increase to $0.1558 per kWh.

South Caicos: The fuel factor for this island will be available soon. Last month (April), the rate increased by 6% to $0.1758 per kWh.
The fuel factor rate increases and decreases with global fuel prices. We remain committed to keeping you informed on changes.
